We want you to be happy with spellsafe. If it isn't right for you, we'll give your money back.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you ask within 14 days of buying a licence, we'll refund the full $9. You don't need to give a reason.

Renewals

Your licence renews each year. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, ask within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full.

Try before you buy

spellsafe works fully for 14 days after you first open it, with no licence needed, so you can check that it suits you and your Mac before paying.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@spellsafe.ai from the address you bought with, or include it in your message. We'll process your refund within a few business days, and it goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

After a refund, that licence is cancelled and won't be renewed.

After 14 days

We don't normally refund after 14 days, but if something has gone wrong, email us anyway and we'll look at it fairly. This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
